Wheel & Sprocket 50 Year Anniversary Gala

It’s not everyday that Wheel & Sprocket turns 50, and we have so much to celebrate! Join us for our biggest party yet: our 50 Year Anniversary Gala! This event will benefit the Chris Kegel Foundation.

Join us for an evening of great food, music, friends, storytelling, and a good ole fashioned party in a bike shop. Note: Purchasing a Gala ticket automatically registers you as a VIP for Sunday’s Chris’ Slow Roll. You won’t want to miss this event as we will look back in time, while including a raffle and auction. Come to share your stories about the man that started it all, Chris Kegel!

Come for the party, stay for the action. Two days later we ride along Milwaukee’s scenic lakefront on Sunday, August 27th for the 8th Annual Slow Roll Bike Ride & Celebration! It’s here again and is a FREE family-friendly 10 mile bike ride put on by the Chris Kegel Foundation. Donations and funds raised during the Slow Roll benefit local bike infrastructure projects to make Milwaukee an even better place to ride a bike.

Starting at the War Memorial parking lot in downtown Milwaukee, the ride follows Lincoln Memorial Drive up to Shorewood and snakes back on Milwaukee’s Oak Leaf Trail. The route is safe and great for riders of all ages and abilities. Following the ride, we meet up at the Beer Garden at the War Memorial with food and drinks provided by Kegel’s Inn!
